How do you find THE ONE? There is no definite formula to do it. In fact, other people take a long time before they could find the ones they would spend the rest of their lives with. But of course, there are those who are like Kip & Marianne. They could easily feel how comfortable they were with each other, so they realized that they’re meant to be. And just recently, they tied the knot in a lovely “starry night” wedding.

Smart Shot Studio: How did the two of you meet? How did you know he/she is THE ONE?
Marian and Kip: We met at work. We know because we feel really comfortable with each other.

Smart Shot Studio: How and when did you decide to finally tie the knot?
Kip & Marianne: We got engaged on December 10th 2014. We decided to get married because it was the next chapter in our lives.

Smart Shot Studio: How hands on are you and your partner in doing the wedding planning?
Kip & Marianne: We were very hands on in every single detail of the wedding, weddings are once in a life time so we had to make sure that it was close to perfect as possible.

Smart Shot Studio: What is your wedding theme and why? How did you execute this motif in each of your wedding details?
Kip & Marianne: Our wedding theme was starry night/under the star. We chose this because when we officially became boyfriend and girlfriend we were gazing under the stars, and also when we got engaged we were at the very top of Melbourne star.

Smart Shot Studio: Who are your wedding suppliers? How did you arrive at choosing/selecting your wedding suppliers and what can you say about them?
Kip & Marianne: We had My Green Affair (JJ Eugenio) for full wedding coordination, Smartshot Studio (Mr. Lito Q. Genilo) for wedding photo and video, MhayDhan Bridal Shop for gown and suit, and Tess Lonzon for hair and makeup. We found out about from recommendations and referrals from friends and family. We did not regret in choosing them.

Smart Shot Studio: Is there any challenge/problem you encountered while doing the wedding prep? If so, how did you address them as a couple?
Kip & Marianne: There was couple of small bumps on the road, we just simply figured out a solution instead of arguing about them.

Smart Shot Studio: What made your wedding unique and what particular details are you proud/happy with?
Kip & Marianne: We think that every wedding is unique in their own ways.

Smart Shot Studio: What did your guests love the most in your wedding?
Kip & Marianne: Our guest loved the food and the finale which was the fireworks.

Smart Shot Studio: What tips, advice can you share to fellow brides-to-be?
Marianne: Don’t let any unplanned things ruin the whole experience, everything can be fixed. Also remember everything will not go as you planned so be prepared. Choose the best supplier to cater to your needs.
