At the Maayo San Remigio in Cebu, The Wedding Library organized the shoot for the marketing materials with real life Celebrity Couple Baron Geisler & Jamie Evangelista for its February 2020 Bridal Fair to be held on February 14, 15, & 16 at the Megatrade Halls 1, 2, & 3, SM Megamall.

It was a fun, fun shoot with so much love in the air as Baron took the opportunity to also surprise then girlfriend (now wife) Jamie with his oh-so-touching proposal.

Another thing which made this collaboration extra special is that two of its major players are respected in their fields as masters and true artists, Baron, of course,  and photographer par excellence, Lito Q. Genilo.

Seeing them at work is a sight to behold.  With both of them excitedly deliberating, passionately eager to create the best photos that the rest of the crew can not help but just be in awe.  Baron was tireless, inputting his own creative ideas on the poses for the photos and clips for the videos.  And it indeed paid off as the photos and video clips turned out to be nothing short of amazing, definitely worth cherishing by Baron & Jamie. 

As an artist, Baron Geisler’s accolades include the PMPC Star Awards for TV Best Single Performance and another one for TV Best Drama Supporting Actor, among others.

Lito Q. Genilo, the man behind Smart Shot Studio, on the other hand, has won numerous local and international wedding photography awards, and is Grandmaster of the Wedding Portrait Photographer of the Philippines.  He continuously hones his craft by annually attending the Wedding Portrait Photographers International’s seminars, usually held in Las Vegas.

Lito has shot a number of The Wedding Library Bridal Fairs’ Celebrity Shoots, notably Valerie Concepcion (2011), Rufa Me Quinto (2013), Jessy Mendiola (2016), Billy Crawford & Coleen Garcia in Ethiopia (2018), Alessandra de Rossi and Empoy Marquez (2019) and Christopher De Leon & Sandy Andolong Renewal of Vows in Halong Bay Vietnam (2019)
